We regularly publish a newsletter and distribute it using the collected name and email addresses. All copies have an unsubscribe option for those who wish to be deleted from our roster. Additionally, anyone can send an email to email@example.com with “unsubscribe” in the subject line.

Spot-On uses third-party vendors to place tracking "cookies" in ads and on websites created by our clients to develop and create our targeted Pinpoint Placement ad buys. This information is only used in the aggregate form; no data about specific individuals is collected or stored and it is never shared with anyone but our clients. We also collect data via our Online Town Crier Facebook application. This information is only used in aggregate form; no data about specific individuals is collected or stored nor is it shared with anyone but the client. Spot-On's TrendSpotter, a mobile app for audience participation in debates and discussions, collects information about users for various clients. That data is used only in aggregate form – no data about individuals is collected or stored. Data collection is governed by the Terms and Conditions in place for Facebook app developers.
