Chris Nolan – Founder

Chris Nolan is the founder of Spot-On and the designer of its Pinpoint Persuasion automated direct buying service for the pollical and advocacy ad markets.

Pinpoint Persuasion platform (P3) is rooted in Nolan’s conviction that political and brand advertising should have separate sales and transaction processes – just as they do for TV ads. She testified on this and other matters related to political ad market before the Federal Election Commission in June 2018.

Before starting Spot-On, Nolan was a daily news reporter in Delaware, Florida and Capitol Hill. As a Silicon Valley columnist she chronicled “Bubble 1.0” from 1996-2001 for the San Jose Mercury News and the New York Post. Her writing has appeared in the Washington Post, the Washingtonian, Fortune, The New Republic and Conde Nast Traveler.
